I recently switched from java standard to i2p+ for periodically testing for different behavior of the apps.
With the standard i got 150-250 banned peers and a not so round numbers for high capacity or fast peers. Active peers were in the 3000+.
With i2p+, active peers are around 500-1000 and exactly fast 200 and high capacity 400. Banned are 1000+.
